We are a small family-run publishing business that began 30 years ago, founded by Paul Fichiera with the intention of bringing Quest for Glory: The Motivational Guidebook for Athletes to life. Paul, a devoted husband, father, business executive, and former NCAA football player, started compiling and writing Quest for Glory during his college years. His initial drive was to share his experiences as a young athlete striving for excellence in sports. Over time, he discovered that the principles leading to success on the field also apply to achieving success in everyday life. After keeping the project on the sidelines for many years, he dedicated himself to publishing this compilation of original poetry and prose, inspirational quotes from influential figures, and a captivating catalog of world-class sports photography.
